Request Payments
The option to request payments is to help collecting outstanding Payments without asking customer to share credit card info.
Financed Loans Screen
Overview:
The Financed Loans screen is used to keep track of your in-house deals and to process payments from them.

Account Information section

In the Account Type field you can click the arrow button to open a search window that will allow you to search the list of customers. You cannot select a non -BHPH in this screen , if you do, it will send you to the Receive Payments screen.

The Buy Here Pay Here for field will show you the currently selected buyer. If you click the arrow button, it will load the deal into the deal screen. The drop down will allow you to quickly load a recently viewed account.

Payment Information section
1) The Payment Date field allows you to enter the date payment was received.
2) The Payment Type field allows you to select the form of payment from the drop down.
3) Deposit Account defaults to 1104 – Cash in Transit, this field will only become active if ACH is selected in the Deposit type field.
4) The Check Number field will only be activated if the form of payment is check.
5) The Payment allows you to put in the amount of the payment. After you entered your payment, clicking the arrow button will show you where the payment is allocated. The amount which appears to the left of the arrow is the total of all selected invoices below. The can be used to calculate the total amount due of the line items without actually receiving them.
6) Payment Memo field is for any reference you want to use.
7) Collection Category field allows you to select a category and the arrow button allow you to add a category.

Loan Information section
8) The Loan Status field will display the current status of the loan. The arrow button will open a pop up used for Repossession. The Repo Vehicles button will add a window where you can enter the repo information. The Print 119 will allow you to print the Certification of Repo for CA DMV. The Print letter option, if purchased, allows you to print a Notice of Repossession and Notice of Sale letter. This may be required by law. The Undo Repo button will reverse the repo . The Save Changes button will save all information. Right click on the the Loan Status words and you will have the option to modify the loan.
9) The Total Gross Amount Due will auto-fill with the balance. The arrow button will open a pop up where you can inactivate the BHPH for payoff, assess late fees, or print a payoff. If you inactive a BHPH in error, you can re-activated the loan by right clicking on the Loan Status field.
10) The Current Pay Off Due will auto-fill with the amount the customer would need to pay to payoff the loan. The Arrow button will open a pop up the will display the Cash In Deal.
11) The Current Amount Due field will auto-fill with the current amount of all items currently due based on the system date.
12) The Current Amount Due Date displays the up to date status of the account, if red the date has already passed. Clicking the arrow button will open a pop up where you can Change or Extend the Payment due date. You can change one or all of the payment due dates. Be sure to verify the date due on the New Payment Due Date. You may not change the customer's first payment here.
13) The Late Amount will display the amount that is past due.
14) The Insurance Expired field will show red when the insurance has expired. If you click the printer button, it will produce the Insurance Expiration Report, which shows a list of all deals with expired insurance. The arrow button will open a pop up where you can enter/update the insurance information for the selected buyer.

Sales/Recap/Client Notes section
The Sales/Recap/Client Notes field displays notes that were entered in the Sales, Recap or Buyer screens.

eTitle Status open the pop up “eTitle information” where you can view the status of the etitle. Must be a subscriber.

Buy Here Pay Here Notes section
The BHPH Notes section allows you to enter a note and set a reminder notification by using the New Note button. The Letter History button open a pop up that displays all letter that have been sent and logged to the customer. You can also print a report.

Payment Information section
The Payment Information section displays all currently due payments and other receivables.

The Reset button will clear the screen.

The Pending Payment button is for dealers using the E-payment. If it has turned red, you have payments pending.

Add New BHPH button allows you to set up a new loan. This can be used for service, parts or any misc. receivable. This feature is also used by dealers, in the initial set up of their pre-existing BHPH accounts.

The Payment Reminder button opens a pop up where you have the option to sign up with knOwmE or Auto Texter. You can use these features to have your customer reminder of their payment date.

The Postpone button will open a pop up allowing you to postpone an amount owed by the customer.
1) Current Amount Due will auto-fill with the amount now due.
2) Reason to Postpone allows you to enter a reason you are allowing the postponement.
3) Amount to Postpone will allow you to enter the amount you are allowing the customer to defer to the end of the loan.

The Quick Invoice button allows you to create an invoice to the buyer. This invoice is only temporary. If it is not used, it will be removed.

The Clear button will remove all information from the screen unsaved.

The Save button will save the information.
