Overview:
Here you will structure your deal.

Sale Information section
1) Select Vehicle field is where you will enter the stock number of the vehicle you are selling. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Choose Vehicle” where you can search your inventory.
2) Zip field is where you will enter the zip code of the buyer. Verify the city and county of residence. The tax rate will calculate from the zip code entered. If the buyer is exempt, replace the zip with all zeros, and it will change the tax rate to 0.
3) Sales Price field will auto-fill with the asking price that was entered in the Inventory – View /Edit screen and will not allow the vehicle to be sold for less than the minimum lock price.
4) Accessories field opens the pop up “Accessories Breakdown” which allows the user to enter cash values for Accessories, Theft Deterrent devices, Surface Protection products. These items will be taxed.
5) Cancellation Options field allows California dealers to select if the buyer wishes to purchase the Contract Cancellation Option. The price is automatically calculated, but it can be manually adjusted down, but not up. It is required by law to offer the buyer this option.
6) Doc/Smog/Tires field will auto-fill with the fees. If a vehicle is exempt from smogging, it will automatically zero out the Smog and Cert fields. Clicking the arrow button opens the pop up “Details” where you can edit or delete the values. You can also enter the number of tires you replaced on the vehicle and pass the tire fee on to the customer.
7) Service Contract field will open the pop up “Choose Service Contract” where you can view multiple contract options. You must also fill out the info in the F&I tab. Check the LEW box if it's a Lifetime Engine Warranty.
8) Tax field will calculate the rate based on the zip code entered. The user can also select if this is a wholesale deal and zero out the tax, doc fees, dmv fees and change the deal into a single payment.
9) DMV field will auto-fill with the manual amount entered in the Inventory – View/Edit screen or check the auto Calc and it will calculate base on the information entered. Clicking the arrow button open the pop up “DMV Fee Split” where you can manually breakdown the fees.
10) Gap Insurance field will open the pop up “Gap options” where you can select the gap option.
11) Auto Insurance is available for dealers licensed by the Department of Insurance and is, by default, inactivated for all dealers. To have this option activated, please contact your software provider.
12) Trade field - click the arrow button to open the pop up “Trade Worksheet”. You will be able to enter up to two trades which will be calculated into the down payment and added to inventory.
13) The Down Payment field allows the user to enter the cash down. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Down Payment”, allowing part or all of the down payment to be deferred for up to four deferred dates. You will be able to print a promissory note later, in the contracts tab.
14) Financed By field – click the arrow button to open the pop up, “Choose Finance”, you will be able to select the finance company. You may also add or edit in this pop up.
15) Sales Date field auto-fill with the date the deal was created. Clicking the arrow button allows you to enter a new contract date.
16) Days Due field allows you to enter the number of days until the first payment is due.
17) First Payment Due field allows you to enter the date the first payment is due. It is tied to the Day Due field.
18) Add-On or Simple/ APR field allows you to select if the interest rate is Simple or Add-On, and enter the rate.
19) Term field allows you to enter the term of the contract. Clicking the arrow button opens the pop up “ Choose Term” where you can select the term of the contract and the payment frequency.
20) Payment field displays the monthly payment as calculated by using the term, price, rate and other fields. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Payment Analysis” where you can do an analysis to help your customer. You can also enter a different payment and the pop up will allow you to roll the adjustment to Price, Down, Rate, Final Payment, Term then Rate, or Term then Final Payment.
21) Final Payment will auto-fill with the final payment.
22) Total Price field shows you the “Out the Door” price. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Sales Roll” which will allow you to roll amounts to achieve a specific “out the door” price.
23) Total Down field auto-fills with total of the cash down, deferred downs and the trades.
24) Amount Finance field auto-fills with the amount to be funded.
25) DGP Number field shows the “Deal Gross Profit”, this is how much profit is being made on the sale. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Deal Guide” where you can see the source of the profit. This button can be restricted in security.
26) Finance Charge field shows the amount of interest that will be paid if the loan is paid as scheduled.
27) LAS/Total of Payments field shows the total amount the buyer will pay for, the amount financed and the interest, if all payments are made. Down payments and trades are not included in this total. Clicking the arrow button will produce a Loan Amortization Schedule that can be printed.
28) Total Sales Price field shows the entire amount the buyer will pay towards the vehicle.
29) Deal Structure fields shows the Kelley bluebook value used to calculate and the “Loan to Value” ratio, which is the amount financed divided by the bluebook value. Click the arrow button to open the pop up “Deal Structure” to view a breakdown of the values.

The AutoCheck button can be used to receive a vehicle history which you can use as part of your disclosures on the vehicle. AutoCheck is similar to CarFax and commonly used by most Auto Auctions.

The Instant Auto Insurance button open the pop up “Carousel Insurance”, which allows you to issue an insurance policy for the buyer, with Carousel Insurance, if they are uninsured or you need coverage to provide to your lender.

The Deal Calculator button opens the pop up “Make a Deal” where you can use different deal structures and figures. You can also find vehicles that match your deal guidelines.

The Activate Lease button is used for leasing.

The Vehicle Details section will display Needed, if the vehicle requires a Smog, Weight Certificate, Verification and/or if the Title has not been received.
The Commercial Use box should be check if being used for commercial use This affects certain warranty plans and cost.
The Disclosures field will show how many disclosures are noted on the vehicle. Clicking the arrow button will open the pop up “Vehicle Disclosures” and list the name of the disclosures.

The Vehicle Notes section will display any notes entered in Inventory – View/Edit.

The Sales Notes section is where you can view, add, edit or delete notes.

The Save button allows the user to save the deal as a Pending (a working deal), Tripped (a sold car but not approved or funded), or Final deal ( sold and funded, ready for Recap).

The Search button opens a pop up with search criteria to find a saved deal.

The New Sale button clears the screen, preparing it for the next deal by re-setting all the defaults

Once a customer is saved to Tripped or Final, more buttons will appear.

The Preview Quote button opens a printable Sales Quote

The Undo Sale button will reverse the sale. It will open the pop up “Undo Sale” that will show you the action that will take place upon clicking the Undo Sale to Pending button. Click cancel to go back.

The View Account button will allows you to select to see the Finance Company or the Buyer. Select one and it will be loaded in the Receive Money TAB.

The Customer Bal button will open the pop up “Customer Balance” where you can see any open balances.
